Campground Policies

Bringing Your Pet

Pets are part of the family and always welcome. A current rabies certificate must be presented at check-in. Pets (including cats and dogs) must always be leashed or tied at the campsite and cleaned up after — and never left unattended or outside when you depart.

Speed Limit — 5 MPH

The speed limit after entering the campground is 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles, at all times, strictly enforced. Hejamada is a family- and child-friendly campground, and with children and adults playing and biking throughout the premises, driving slowly is essential for everyone's safety.

Registering Visitors

All visitors must register immediately, pay a visitation fee, and receive a visitor's pass. Campers with visitors are responsible for their guests' conduct and for making sure they follow campground policies.
